    sorry where do i find the ‘Config.log file‘

    Thanks. Right click on the game in your Origin games library and select repair game.

    Have you thought about updating your OS? Sierra is over 4 years old now.

    it doesn’t say it needs updating 

    i also repaired it before but that didn’t do anything

    You update through the Mac App Store. After Sierra the OSs are:

    10.13 High Sierra
    10.14 Mojave
    10.15 Catalina
    11 Big Sur
