The solution is the same for Mac and PC for adding unsupported cards to the GraphicsCards.sgr file.
Could you please open your config.log file in your Sims 4 folder and copy and paste the 10 or so lines under === Graphics device info === Name (driver): Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655
