rotating the camera causes the game to crash

Hello! I've been having an issue with TS4 on my MacBook when I rotate the camera; it automatically closes the game. It would happen as soon as my game loads and i'm in live mode. I've done all the troubleshooting with the EA folder, I removed my mods, I repaired and updated the game and all of my mods. what should my next steps be to fix this?

    Thanks for the save 🙂 I loaded the save, in 702 ZenView, rotated the camera and it crashed immediately. Loaded again, moved the family out at the map screen and dumped them in Willow Creek. Then I went back to the empty ZenView apartment and tried to load it but it crashed to desktop again. I tried this a couple of times, same thing. I tried to load the empty apartment in 701 ZenView and that crashed too. I then moved my sim into 702 but when I went to load the lot it crashed again.

    Whilst your household is saved if you move them out of the apartment, both apartments in ZenView are completely broken ☹️

    I just did that and only added my saves folder into the new TS4 folder. it crashed again, so I believe that's the problem. I use MCCC to auto save, and that mod is already updated. should I just make a new save game?

    You shouldn’t have added anything to the new folder without starting a new save and testing the camera. No mods, no saves, absolutely nothing from the Sims 4 folder you moved/renamed. Please repeat the steps again and start a new clean save.

    sorry for the late reply, I had class this afternoon. I started a new clean save and it didn't crash this time.

    Great. The issue is most probably something in the save. Did it only happen in one particular save? or all your saves? Did it only happen when in a certain place or all over the different worlds and lots?

    I only have one save game. I’m not too sure how the saves work tbh; I know some people have multiple saves but I just use one and I have it auto saved with MCCC.

    as for the location, it would automatically crash with a household I have in San Myshuno fashion district. When I went to another household in the spice market, it crashed after like 2 minutes.

    Could you upload the save to a file sharing site and DM me the link so I can test in my game? If you're happy to do that, in the DM please include details of which household to load and steps on how I can try and reproduce the issue.
