Sims 4 Not Loading After Update
Hello,
As of yesterday night, I've been having issues with The Sims 4 not loading in, although I was able to play it just fine from the moment I woke up until the moment I began to experience problems, maybe around 11p-12a. I've tried all the logical solutions for moving the EA folder to my desktop and the Sims 4 folder out of the EA folder and onto my desktop.
However, to no avail, none of that seemed to work as I kept receiving this error code message: "The Sims™ 4 is already running. [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]" on my screen.
Just a few moments ago, I even tried logging out of the EA app completely and resigning in to see if that would fix the problem. I also tried restarting my Macbook Pro to see if that would help after I tried all the "common fix" issues that are always being suggested when I reach out to EA whenever I've encountered some type of issue I was unable to fix on my own.
Of course, none of this worked. I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this issue, or if it has to do with the recent patch update. But, I would really like some help and input into fixing this issue as I've spent a lot of money on this game and I'd hate to feel like I've wasted my time and money on a game that is constantly running into some type of issue whenever the game is updated.
