Sims 4 Not Working Correctly.

Does your computer run Windows or macOS?

What happens when you start a new save?  Can you load a world then, or are you saying that doesn't work either?

If you get an error message at any point, please post a screenshot or write out the text.

Now when I click a household it loads but brings me back to all my worlds.

No and no

As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If this doesn't help, let me know whether iCloud Drive is active on this computer.  Please also let me know if anything changes this time around, for example if the game crashes or you see an error message.
