Sims 4 Windows are not transparent but grey.. PLS HELP!

I just started playing Sims 4 on my MacBook Air. I am on the most recent update but my windows are not transparant. They seem grey and I can't make this transparant. Can someone PLS tell me how to ch...

You need to up the graphics settings in the in-game options. Be careful though, if you windows are greyed out it is the default setting the game has chosen based on your computer capability. If you make them transparent by upping the graphics in-game you may start experiencing lag.
