sims4 game is stuck on the home page
I’m not able to click anything on the home page
no pictures are loading, it’s just a page with buttons that do nothing

Thanks. That doesn't look right at all. Can you right click on the game in your Origin games library and select repair game. After it's finished load up the game and see if it's fixed. it still doesn’t do anything once i join the game ):

Thanks. Can you attach your Config.log file to a post here and also try the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/ sorry where do i find the ‘Config.log file‘
i tried the origin reset tool and it still didn’t change anything
