Unable to start Error [85262c58:29f00e76:000000000:00000000]

Bougt this pack outdoor retreat 14.99 and upon install ... Every time I try to play Sims 4 it says: Unable to start: Cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please try reinst...

Hi

Thank you for assistng me. But am stiil not getting sism to work

I moved the "The Sims 4" to my desktop. Then chose to repair game and then press play but still get this same error. tried en deleting this new folder and press then play. Both times the new "The Sims 4" only has two files and both zero size userdata.lock and usersettings.ini

    No I do not use any custom Mods, And i have not editi any Mods,

      @soffiakaren,

      Try deleting the two files inside Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 but DON'T delete The Sims 4 folder.

        Soory removing these two files dos not help.The game creates these two files again. And throws the same error, unable to start.
