"You Don't Have Access"
Hello!
I logged into the EA app tonight to play the Sims 4 when I noticed there were 2 new kits available for purchase. I looked into them and liked them so I purchased them. When I went to download them I got the following error message:
"You don't have access
We've paused the download because you don't own this title. You can cancel the download, keep it paused, or visit the Game Hub for more options."
I have tried a bunch of different things to solve this issue, all to no avail:
- cleared the cache for my EA App
- restarted my computer
- double checked that the purchase went through successfully
- cancel download & try again (have done this 5-10 times tbh)
- opened the store in-game hoping I'd be able to download from there or that opening & closing the game would reset something to allow me to download
- cleared a bunch of space on my computer & tried downloading again in case space had been the issue
I'm SO incredibly frustrated at this point. I genuinely just wanted to contact a support agent or something at this point so someone could fix this for me but I can't even find an option to message with anyone but the AI robot.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
