Add-on Packs showing in game as not owned
I opened my Sims game today and attempted to load my save file however it popped up the load saved game screen and said I need required packs to play my game and when i hover over the packs it says I...
I got in touch with EA support through chat and now its fixed.
They told me to open the game and when it gets to the loading screen go to "marketplace" and then to "my collections". Mine were all disabled randomly so i checked them all and the clicked the tick. After a while of the loading screen it will tell you to restart your game and viola it works again.
I do have a few glitches in my game that were not there yesterday though so I am repairing my game again to see if that fixes the problem.
