add-ons and expansion packs not there???
Has anyone else had their expansion packs and add-ons disappear? Ever since the new update mine are all gone? They show in my recently downloaded but aren't even showing in purchased history.

raggsby Jupiiterrrloon sxmpg69 helian_thys AChadha kvpoqwchl700 Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the packs are deactivated. If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button. If that doesn't work, close the game, delete UserSetting.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and check again for your packs.

thank you, it worked. but i swear i didn't have the option to download them yesterday. But basically i downloaded them back in the ea app through the add-on manager.
