Add-Ons missing
Yesterday my game worked perfectly. Today I opened EA and started Sims. Main menu tells me that I don't have any of my expansion packs, kits, etc. I have tried using the repair option on the EA app, restarted the game and my computer multiple times. I backed up and reset. Not sure what else to try.
acrabtree1123 Does the EA App think you own this content? If not, you've probably signed into the wrong account. Check any other email addresses you have access to—you can enter them in the App login window and click "Forgot your password?"
If the App says you own the content, but it's not loading in-game, that's a Known Issue with master threads for Windows and macOS:
