After Enchanted by Nature - Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted

I have communicated through the chat feature with advisors for awhile, and every clearing of the cache, restarting my computer, restarting the EA app, and other advice has left me without the ability to download the Sims 4 onto my computer post purchase of Enchanted by Nature. 

At one point, I was able to download the game, but was met with the error that the game license was invalid. I do not have any mods downloaded on this computer. 

I would like to see this fixed so that I can play the game for which I spent my money.
