after submitting a code for a stuff pack i got nothing

so basically to start, i got a game pack, and two stuff packs off of amazon, getting the codes was easy, but after putting the codes in the ea code redemption, it says i dont own any of the recent th...

Hi MOTH_MAN1708  

Try to clear the app cache:
EA app’s menu, select the three dashes in the left corner of the EA app, scroll to Help, click App recovery and select Clear cache.

Next repair the game: Click into the game then click Manage and then you have the option to Repair.

Check if the missing packs show in game after that.
