All of my add-ons are gone!!!
I paid for a large majority of the add-ons for the Sims 4 and EA just updated and when I logged back in all my add-ons were gone! HELP PLEASE!

This happened to me once last month. What I did was uninstalled my sims game and the EA app, cleaned my pc registry, restarted my pc, and then re-installed the EA app. Then, I was able to download base game and all my add-ons. Yes, it was a headache to go through all that, but it did work for me.
P.S. BEFORE doing all of that, if you don't want to lose any mods, saves, tray files, etc., BACKUP your game files! If you are successful in getting all add-ons back in your library, then you can copy back in your saved files. This way you won't lose anything important to you.
