All of my Sims 4 content is missing (packs, kits-everything) Over $400

Hi.  I'm reaching out because All of my Sims 4 content is missing from my library.  (I'm also missing my Sims 3 content but my Sims 4 content cost me over $400.  

When I initially signed up for EA - moving away from ORIGIN as instructed, I had a little bit of problem setting it all up.  But finally got it all installed.  I had no issues playing.  I stopped playing for a while and when I went to play again in March/April of 2023, I had to get help from y'all because all of my content was missing... similar to now.  

On Tuesday, October 7th, I went to play the Sims 4 & purchase Adventure Awaits only to find that NONE of my content was there.  I was able to install base game Sims 4 but none of the additional content.  I reported this to the team and I have not heard anything.

On my last saved game, dated 4/14/23, ("MY SAVED GAME 4", Riggins family, 11:00 pm on 4/14/23) you can see how many of the packs I used just in that game play.  I really need help retrieving all of my Sims 4 content.  It cost me way too much money to lose.  Plus I have been playing sims for decades.
