Black loading screen for a year, nothing has worked to fix it

Hi all, I am really at my breaking point with this issue. I have never been super into tech, especially computers and I think this is a PC issue (Windows 11) at this point so I really need some help....

cooliioo​  If you still need help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
