Black screen or gpu crash after launch
Every time I try to load into the sims 4 I either get a black screen or my gpu crashes. Here's what I've tried: Reinstalling the game and the EA app Running the game as administrator Reinstalling...

bsandwich05 If you'd still like help with this issue, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
