Can I retrieve my Sims 4? (Logged into account, haven't played it since 2020)

9e08d3df0ad72189  To be clear, any content you bought from EA should still be available on your EA account.  But your saves, saved households and builds, and other user data were stored locally on your old computer, so you won't be able to retrieve the files.  On the other hand, if you uploaded your sims or lots to the Gallery, they should still be available under the same username.
