Cannot Update Sims 4 in EA app

Hi there! I've been having an issue with my sims 4 game for a couple days now and I still cant seem to figure out the issue, I've tried to do nearly everything I've read online, move the cc out, clear the cache, repair the game, manually update EA, delete the game, ETC. When the new update came out with just the family tree, I stopped playing because of all the issues I had heard people were having so I chose not to update my game or even touch my laptop until the Royalty and Legacy expansion pack came out, since it’s been out I can’t even update my sims 4 in the EA app. The game is still playable, I play with mods as well BE and MCCC have given me the exception notes and some of them are very random things or it won't tell me anything is wrong with my game at all. The issue is however, the new expansion pack that came out doesn't even pop up in sims 4 shop when I am in the game, it does advertise the game but when I click on that it leads to the EA website to purchase it. I've also noticed when I am in build mode and you can organize the categories by the packs it doesn't pop up there either! I am unsure what else I can do, I still can play my game it just does crash after a couple hours of playing or sometimes it will lag and I cant save my game. I did notice my game does say it is up to date with Version 1.121.361.1020 DX11. I will also provide photos of what I stated up above to show you what I am explaining, its just like the expansion pack doesn't exist in my game?
