Cant click newest sim picture on the bottom! help (sims 4)(newest Update)

In two of my homes each sim that's the newest member I can't click their picture because its frozen. One of my household's she recently had a baby boy and I can't click his picture to see his feelings (moodlet's) or his needs, I can only click on everyone else however when I click the new baby it freezes on the last sim I clicked before the baby. Samething is happening with my second household but with a new cat. I troubleshooted my Mods folder for over 5 hours then the next day I moved out my Mods folder completely and placed it on my desktop and still no change. I also did the repair through the EA app and deleted the cache items from my sims 4 folder and still nothing.. 

Im not sure if this all made sense I really hope it does but it might be a game glitch or something.

Please help I need my sims lol
