Can't download the new Lovestruck Pack

The new Ciudad Enamorda world doesn't show up in the game. I have waited to create a new game due to the recent corruption of my old saves after the update/patch this past few days. My new save and sim are working, I did notice the zoom in and out function, using my mouse slider specifically, is laggy. I can see the "turn-on/offs" in CAS. However, after I made my sim I can't place them in the Ciudad Enamorda. I cannot see an icon for it in the world's menu. 😒 This is tragic.

Im trying to download now and nothing. It lets me hit download and then disappears. Hopefully soon it'll work!

I got the Lovestuck Expansion to work but I had to remove several mods. If you play with a lot of mods, I suggest starting w BBB and T.O.O.L like others have mentioned. My personal experience also includes the removal of AllWorldsAreResidential. This issue is likely mods/cc related for most people.

i can’t move my sim into the new world and it’s driving me nuts

I bought Lovestruck on Instantgaming, I redeemed the code but the tick to download it doesn’t appear! It remains the tick to buy it…I hope they solve soon.

I can't download the new pack. It gets to 49% and says it needs disk permissions to download (it already has full access) then stops and says something went wrong. I've cleared the cache, restarted, disallowed and reallowed permissions multiple times and nothing.

I’m having the same issue you’re having. EA needs to fix this problem.

I bought the pack pre-purchased and I didn't get the Herbert Heart Plushy part of the pack. Since the update I haven't been able to get into Creative Sim or even change my Sims in my game. It sucks and its making me not want to play the game. I'm telling all my friends it sucks. Aggravating x2
