Can't ever access these 3 packs again
In 2019, I made a purchase totalling almost $60 for three different packs: Backyard stuff, Strangerville, and Get Famous. I haven't been able to download these packs onto my PC (I can't honestly recall if I ever played them before, as I believe I was playing on Mac back in 2019). Apparently, I requested a chargeback (aka a refund from the bank, which I don't recall ever doing) for the purchase, which essentially means EA deleted the packs from my ownership. However, they still sit in my library waiting to be installed, so I can't repurchase them if I try. And when I try to install them, I am met with the error message, "We've canceled this download because you don't have access to the game. To play, go to the game hub to get the game". After chatting with someone on the EA help chat, it has been confirmed definitively that I will never be able to access these 3 packs again. Pretty frustrating and not sure if anything can ever be done to resolve this. I own practically every pack so I don't wanna go and open a new account just to download these packs cause then I'd have to repurchase every other pack I already have. If anyone else has been in a similar situation or can help with this please let me know I'm desperate!!
