It sounds like these packs haven't been fully removed form your account- this isn't something we can help with over the forums, but live support can review your account and make sure those have been completely removed.

Please submit a request here to speak with live support on this again, I'd also recommend you attach this forum conversation when you reach out so the team has further info to reference.
