Cant get to the new world

With the new pack, I cant get to the new world 

I reinstalled the game, refreshed the app, removed all CC started a new game and  still can't access it.

chartures can only visit it if i send them on a blind date in the area but if I even just try to travel there the game freezes on the loading screen

    PurpleDs  Does removing all custom content mean removing all mods as well?  If not, please do that now.

    If that doesn't or didn't help, please try loading the world in a new save and let me know whether it works.  The question is whether this problem is limited to your current save or more widespread.
