Has anyone found a solution to this? I'm losing my mind trying to figure it out. I've already contacted three different advisors, but the issue persists, and it's been driving me crazy. From the looks of it, this seems to be a very uncommon problem.
It only seems to happen with a specific account. I've tried using different accounts, and everything works as expected—showing the game content and the usual message, "code has been redeemed," instead of "product is not valid."
I've also tried accessing it on a different network and a different computer, but I still get the same error message. This makes it clear that the issue is definitely related to the account. However, support has already confirmed that there are no restrictions or issues with my account.
I already tried clearing the app cache, repairing the game, and entering the codes from the website which worked at first but now it shows the same error.
This has been going on for a few days now, and I’m desperate to get it working again.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. I would be forever grateful!
