cant run the sims 4 with this video card in this system error

Lilynetic  What antivirus do you use?  I ask because an overly-aggressive AV can cause this error, and some of the non-Sims 4-related errors in your dxdiag also look like permissions issues.

EmmyMortlock  Please list the antivirus you use.  Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
