cant use expansion packs
hello hoping someone can help. ever since the update none of my expansion packs seem to be working. i can see they are there but comes up red message at the bottom about requirements and games update...

hannahcraig123 When you say you can see that your expansions are there, where exactly do you see them? What do you see in your EA App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? And to be clear, these packs are not loading in the game itself, right?
It's normal to see the Repair option in the EA App whenever you're not actually playing. Are you getting prompted to repair though? That might be an issue.
I can try to help with the crashing too, but it would be useful to know whether this is related to missing packs or other content rather than a separate issue. So let's address that first.
