Hello simmers, I recently update my sims 4 (on steam) and when I opened it to play my save it says DLC not owned, DLC's that were bought in EA APP is deactivated. so I checked my EA APP and download all my DLC, but then when I opened my sims 4 it says DLC NOT OWNED again. so what am I going to do? I bought 4 of my DLC on EA APP.
airexczh Please post screenshots of the error message wherever you see it.
Please also double-check that your Steam and EA accounts are currently properly linked to each other. (They certainly were in the past, but maybe something broke.) Go to an EA site where you're not signed in and try to login with your Steam credentials. If you land in the correct EA account, they're still linked. If anything else happens, let me know.
