DLC wont work.

Question

The other day i uninstalled The Sims 4 because of a previous problem, i reinstalled it and everything worked fine but my dlc. I have Cats and dogs, my first pet stuff, vampires, and get back to work. When reinstalling on steam and EA it never showed that it was redownloading my packs so i automatically assumed that they installed.&nbsp; When i launch the game it says that i dont have any of the dlc i do have. But when i quit the same and check it says i have it installed. Im so confused on why they wont show up in game? Help.&nbsp;

Baywill1&nbsp; Did you happen to install the base game through both Steam and the EA App?&nbsp; It can happen by accident, and it would explain why your packs show as installed but don't load: they could have installed into the EA App version of the game while you're loading the Steam version.&nbsp; Please see the first post of this master thread for more details:
