faultinoureyes You'd need to have Sims 4 installed only through Steam, and install your EA App-owned packs into this version without downloading another copy of the base game. You can do so under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
If this hasn't worked, you may need to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game, as described here:
