EP/Game/Stuff Packs Not Showing Up in Game

Question

Hi, my game is fully updated. I have no mods in. Also I don't know where I should put this.

I have cleared cache.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled at least 3 times

I've verified game files, I own and bought everything.

I've repaired it, even after reinstalling it 3 times (It felt redundant to do considering I did a clean install 🤣)

I did a factory reset of taking out the folder and letting a new one replace.

I am totally lost and have no idea what to do.

Example: It's like the sims 3 launcher, where you click each pack you want. If Sims 4 had a launcher, nothing would be deleted but the base game. How do I get this to select all the game packs like you would a Sims 3 launcher.

Sims 4 doesn't have a pack selector like Sims 3.

I tried everything there, nothing there worked for me. Hints why I created this sub. And yes I'm aware there's no pack selector, I was saying there should be.

If anyone with help can respond, that'd be awesome.
