Error Code 13

Hello! I Downloaded some lot in the gallaery and when I was trying to save it, I got error code 13. What does error code 13 means. Does this mean that my savefile will eventually be corrupted.  I'm o...

    This does not happen if there are no mods in activities for small business venue. I was able to get by and fix it by using save as and tried making another small business with no mods in it
