I have a problem with The Sims 4 for the last month. After I try launch the game in EA App or in the game folder it just doesn't work, I get the messenge saying "Error. Try to turn the game on later" and it happens everytime.I already tried to repair the game, reinstall it (with Revo Uninstaller), reinstall the whole EA App (also with Revo Uninstaller), I also tried to turn off all the other apps and process using this tutorial (How to clean or safe boot your computer), making new user on my laptop and this didn't helped either.For now, nothing seemed to work. I took my seves and mods out while repairing filles and they are still out, so it cannot be it. I noticed recently that my laptop started to have problems with different apps and I have to open them using administrator mode for them to work, but I did the same with EA App and The Sims 4 (in properties I checked the option "Always open as an administrator") which worked for others, but doesn't work for The Sims 4.I also want to add that other app from EA App (The sims 3 in my case) launches normally, even though it doesn't have the "Always open as an administrator" option on.Does anybody know what can cause it? I would be grateful for any help and suggestions. I add my DxDiag file below.

Hi @Paula11133222 As a test, please go ahead and create a brand new EA account and claim The Sims 4 base game for free on this new account- let me know if you see this error on the new account as well.

@Paula11133222 Given the other issues you're reporting, as well as the errors in your dxdiag (and thanks for providing one), I would go straight to a repair install of Windows. Here's how (option two): https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-windows-11-with-an-in-place-upgrade.418/#Two This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over. Once you've finished the repair install, please uninstall the EA App with Revo, again, and reinstall it in another brand-new admin Windows account. The account should be local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account. Please first repair Sims 4 in that account, then try to play. If you use a third-party antivirus, please disable it, temporarily of course, before reinstalling the EA App, and don't reenable it until after you've tested Sims 4. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.

@Paula11133222 Please try again to launch Sims 4, then look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right. Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of this attempt to play Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away. Please also let me know what antivirus you use.

@Paula11133222 This error references a component of Asus's sound enhancement software. So please disable it, as described here: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1044147/ If that doesn't help, open the Task Manager and kill anything with DTS in its name; any relevant services would likely be in the background processes list. These services would likely restart with Windows, which is normal, so this isn't a fix so much as a useful test.

@puzzlezaddict Small update. My comupter after countless tries finally downloaded the update and now the DTS:X Ultra works. I used "EA Update" and now instead of "Error. Try to turn the game on later" I got the error "Wait for the official release date (). In the meanwhile you can go to the game centrum to learn about the games dates of release" and no, I didn't bought anything, it's still the same. I tried uninstalling EA app again by the Revo Unistaller, but it didn't worked. Also, this error doesn't show in the Reliability Monitor.

I did chatted with EA Support and they couldn't help, they said they gonna check out this issue with team though

@Paula11133222 What country are you in, and were you in a different country when you bought or claimed the Sims 4 base game or any packs? Do you use a VPN, and does it help to disable it? I saw another example of this error just now and am wondering if there's anything in common between the two of you.

@puzzlezaddict I am in Poland and bought/claimed my game in Poland. I don't use VPN, so I don't think it's the case

@Paula11133222 Can you (now) play in a new admin Windows account? Another user with this same error in Sims 3 said that helped them. Please test if you haven't yet since this error showed up. Make the account local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account.
