expansion packs not loading / gallery freeze

Hey, so i have a problem with the game, since 6 month or so but i cant find a solution, my game is freezing when i open the gallery and sroll down, and i even removed everything from my pc, old folders everything, i even installed the ea launcher again, i installed the game with all the expansion packs but when i launch the game only the star wars pack gets there, ( i downloaded it today). I really have no clue what to do next, i tried forums i tried chatpgt, i tried yt tutorials, nothing really works, i hope someone here can help me

If you need further help on that subject, let me know what category you fall into and what you're seeing on your end.

For the Gallery issue, does it matter how long you wait to scroll down? Does the Gallery freeze if you don't scroll at all? Do you see any corrupted items, or do they all look fine until the freeze?

Hey first of all thanks for your response, so when i get in the game i open the gallery, and if i do nothing, nothing happens but if i scroll down it freezes and i have to close the game with task manager. I try fixing the dlc problem now with your link.
