Failure to Launch = Failure to have a well made game

Hello,

Every time I go to access my Sims game, the screen goes to a " failure to launch" and kicks me out. This is not okay. We all pay so much to enjoy this game, which is also not okay to begin with. With that being said, not being able to play due to an upgrade is not acceptable. This is a long-time running game that should be figured out. The prices say that for themselves.
