everytime i open my sims 4 game it freezes and i tried deleting old mods and broked mods , uninstalling, rstarting my laptop and the game and nothing wrong and it when it freezes i have to exit the app for it show the menu screen and it'll still be froze but i can click it but it wont go to the game options unless i exit out and come back in so its like everytime i open the app evrything is frozen but its moving i just cant see it due to being froze and i cant see my mouse
i might have did something wrong because its still not working and i did the reboos and installed everything it told me to

iiiammarria As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you get another freeze, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
