Game don't open / open lag and shut down

cf94c5697071cdec Out of curiosity, are you playing in French, and if so, does the Mods folder work if you play in English? I remember reading about a strange issue with the localized Sims 4 user folder, specifically in French, and although it wasn't this issue, it makes me think it's worth testing the game in English. You can switch languages by opening the EA App and selecting Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, then choosing English from the dropdown menu.
If that doesn't help, please create a new admin Windows account and try using mods there. The account should be local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address; the name should contain only standard characters (no special ones) and no accents. Download the mod you're testing with through a browser you don't normally use and which has no adblockers or other add-ons.
Try to turn into english and use another local account on my pc but same error pop up, even without mod just with a little package of cc download recently
