ellassmith22 Please install the newest driver available for your computer's graphics chip:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
puzzlezaddict I downloaded the driver but it won't let me run the program/install. It says "Something went wrong, your system has a driver that's locked to manufacturer specifications. Please try downloading the latest driver from the manufacture's website to update. Installer exit code: 1" Here is the error log attached.
