kaikokyoto The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are somewhat generic in that they could be caused by anything from bad mods and custom content to a corrupt graphics driver. Since clean-uninstalling a driver can be a bit of a project for someone who's never done it, I'd rather make sure these errors are happening with no mods or cc present (and I mean the errors themselves, not the general inability to play).
So please move or rename your Sims 4 folder in Documents so the game can make another one. Don't add anything to it, and make sure that OneDrive doesn't redownload any of your content either. Restart your laptop before you try to play, then let me know what happens.
If you still can't play, try again, but with your computer offline (and after another restart). You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If that doesn't help either, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to open Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
