MeganH008 The driver for your laptop's graphics chip is from 2020, so it's no wonder that you're seeing this issue. Please install the newest driver from AMD:
Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
Thank you so much I had no idea! I'm no good with computers but this has definitely fixed the graphic issue so thank you once again!
The graphics issue if fixed, however i am still having issues with the 'enum' error in the BE report and it is impacting the games ui menu i believe? Did you ever find a solution to this?
