MeganH008 The driver for your laptop's graphics chip is from 2020, so it's no wonder that you're seeing this issue. Please install the newest driver from AMD:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-3000-series/amd-ryzen-5-3500u.html

Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
