RoseBlood100 This is likely antivirus-related. So please set an exception in your antivirus for EADesktop.exe, then try again to repair. If that doesn't work, disable the antivirus (temporarily) and repair, then set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or the entire Bin folder they're in.
