I can not play get to work pack from game pass pc

I paly sims 4 in steam and I have xbox game pass and i can not downlaod get to work pack. Is there any solution of how can I paly the pack ?. I have connection between steam, xbox and EA.

when I click downlaod or launch the pack in xbox app, the app crashe

My friend show me her EA account. It show packs from steam(she originally play from it) and get to work pack from game pass xbox

lomena_31 If you open the EA App and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, do you see Get to Work on the list? You could try downloading it from there.

Aside from that, have you tried installing or playing any other EA games you get through GamePass? I'd like to know whether those work.
