I purchased Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack but not downloading !

and restart your computer, then try again.

If that doesn't help, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

I did all this but the game is still saying the pack has been pre ordered and is not yet available for download.

I also tried repairing it

I am using a PC. I was able to manually download the pack by going to the library in the EA app. Click add ons and select the pack to download it

Excuse me? I don't know who jlb1555 New Novice is.

I still have issues and do not have my paid for content. Please advise!

My Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order states it's "Completed" for Businesses & Hobbies, but it lists the preorder date of purchase I think (02/11)... Still cannot access the Expansion in game.

First let's try clearing the cache for the EA app as well as logging out and back in. If you're still not seeing your DLC in the EA app, please run an EA Error Report following these steps and provide your Report ID for me.
