infinite loading screen when loading into household or saving.

minghouse  If you can't load into your usual households, which households are you playing when you try to save and it doesn't work?  Have you tried an entirely new save, and if so, what were the results?

I'd like to see a dxdiag as well.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.

im pretty sure one drive is running on this computer.

ynzikr2absgd  Please do test a new save, and a different household within your main save.  It's important to find out whether the problem is limited to your main household or save, especially because the errors in your dxdiag don't point to a specific cause.  Let me know what you find, and we can go from there.

i ran a new save as a test and it ran perfectly. loading screens, travelling, & cas worked perfect.

then i went to my main save and it allowed me to go into cas, but then froze on the loading screen back to live mode, thank you even if you cant find anything wrong!!

heres the dxdiag for the new save, the dxdiag for the main save as its stuck on a loading screen, and also while im in my household again

ynzikr2absgd  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try to load the household with no mods or custom content present; you don't need to save your progress.  If you get stuck on an infinite loading screen again, look for a new lastexception, and if you find one, open it and delete the first line of text, then upload it here.

Does it matter what last exception it is, like lastUIexception?

333hamster  It may or may not matter.  What issue are you currently seeing, and do you see an actual lastexception in addition to the lastUIexception?  The problem is that these files don't report on the same issues, and lastUIexceptions are not necessarily indicative of something that needs addressing.
