ILuvSharks_53 What happens when you try to download the packs? If you get an error, please post a screenshot of it.
If they're already showing as installed but don't load in-game, open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether they're deactivated. If so, you can enable them there and restart.
Everything but my kits say, "Not installed". I checked on steam and EA, both say they are 🥲
