Adrifull If these are the only results from the search, then the pack is clearly not installed at all, which is not a surprise given that you can't download it in the first place. The problem might be that the transaction didn't go through. Sometimes players can install new content as soon as they click to pay, but then the transaction fails later and the EA App blocks access to the content.
Please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed. If it's stuck processing, you may be able to cancel the order from there and buy the pack again. If not, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help removing it so you can buy it again.
