Lights Broken with Life & Death

Since playing L&D, I've noticed that I'm no longer able to change the color of lights no matter if it's a new game or a current save. When attempting to change the color, they default to white and remain white despite choosing a different color.

I've also noticed that the color picker does not go away unless I enter build mode and return to live mode. Shift+clicking lights in Build mode does not work either.

I do have mods enabled and have the following Lighting mods installed:
-Sunblind
-Out of the Darkness (OOTD)

Both have been updated for L&D as far as I can tell.

Did L&D break lights? I'd like to make spooky lots but can't when everything is bright white.
