Missing Sims 4 expansionpacks & game packs

I just downloaded the EA app onto my computer after not playing for a long time & I was hoping all of my packs would transfer over from my origin. It’s under the same email I’ve always used as well. ...

I double checked to make sure if it was the same account and it is since 2016. I will reach out to customer service to hopefully solve this issue. I’d hate to have lost all of my add-ons from all the years that I’ve played & to start over.
